If you haven't seen it, then I suggest you scoot over to the website of chick lit novelist Andrea Semple and have a good look around.
There's some fantastic author interviews, a tongue in cheek guide to literary agents, and a brilliant newsletter archive with topics such as '10 things agents hate', 'Writing Sex' and 'The Perfect Synopsis'.
When I first found this site I spent hours on it, so make sure you clear your schedule!
